By signing up to or otherwise using the Koruz Service(s), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third party services or websites.

Information from Third Parties: If you connect to Koruz using credentials from a third party (e.g. Google or Meta), you authorize us to collect authentication information and other available profile data. This also applies when you connect your account to Stores like Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube.

End User Data: As part of the Koruz Services, we may collect certain data from end users you engage with (e.g., fans who sign up for updates). You and Koruz will act as joint data controllers with respect to this End User Data.

3. How We Use the Information We Collect

We process your information for the following purposes:

• To administer your Koruz Account and provide the Koruz Service(s).
• To personalize and improve your experience and advertising.
• To analyze usage and technical functionality to develop new products.

We disclose your information to trusted third parties only to the extent necessary to operate the Koruz Services. This includes:

• Stores and Partners: Sharing your music data and metadata with digital retailers (e.g., Spotify, YouTube) to facilitate distribution.
• Service Providers: Hosting services, payment processors, and technical support.
• Legal Requirements: To respond to court orders, comply with mandatory laws, or protect the safety and rights of Koruz.

6. Transfer to Other Countries

Your information may be transferred to and stored outside of your home country. We ensure that such transfers are protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws (such as the Nigeria Data Protection Act) and establish necessary agreements with third parties to ensure data security.

We do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to register with Koruz Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you are a guardian and become aware your child has provided data to us, please contact Customer Support.
